For Contract Blending of Lube :
A formal application is required in your letter head pad stating the brand name of lubes to be blended, average quantity of lube base oil you would like to store, category of lube(s) you would like to blend, etc. Charges for storing, blending, etc may be fixed upon discussion.

For Lube Marketing :
An application in your letter head pad is required stating the product and the quantity you would like to purchase. Please confirm price before ordering as prices may change from time to time. Depending on quantity you can also avail the opportunity of price differentials. We have a system of delivering products in your own drums where price of drums will be deducted and only the price of the product(s) will be charged.

For Bitumen Marketing :
An application in your letter head pad is required stating the grade and the quantity you would like to purchase. Please confirm price before ordering as prices may change from time to time

For LPG Marketing :-
To market LPG you need to enlist with us as a dealer and for enlistment, a formal application is required in your company's letterhead pad stating the area you intend to operate, whether you hold agency or dealership of any other company, etc. along with following documents :

a) One passport size photograph.
b) Copy of valid trade license.
c) Bank solvency certificate.
d) Copy of explosive license.
e) Security deposit of  Tk. 45,000.00  favouring us.

Payment :
All payments except cash are to be made favouring Standard Asiatic Oil Co. Ltd..

Credit :
The policy of the company does not permit to extend any credit facilities.

Delivery :
Subject to availability of product, all deliveries are made at customer's cost or in case delivery being made by us, transport cost will charged on your account.

Pricing :
Prices of product are subject to change, therefore prices ruling at the time of delivery shall apply. Company's decsion in this respect shall be final and binding on all.
